How It Began

Sometimes, you have to turn lemons into lemonade!

It's time for a new chapter in my life. Right now, life is handing me some lemons, but I want to take them, add some tequila, lime juice, and turn them into margaritas! I am going to have to leave my old life behind and start anew. While this is scary, it is also exciting. I hope you will enjoy what I am trying to create.

Due to oversaturation and the hiccup in the economy, my business has taken quite a hit. My sightseeing business is down significantly from last year and the year before that. In January of this year, I had to leave my apartment as I could not afford it any longer. How did my life turn into such utter shit in a year!? So now, I am forced to reinvent myself and start anew. But I am optimistic!

I have bought a van which I am converting into a camper in which I and my dog will live. My goal is to make videos of our journey as well as other creative videos, produce my podcast, develop my photography and videography skills, and find places across the country that are pet-friendly. I know this is a huge endeavor, but I have found myself, like many others, without many options. I am humbly and hesitantly asking for assistance.

Ultimately, I want to create a better world and bring happiness to others. I feel that I did that with my business, and I want to do that again with this project. I would like to make this into a TV show, if at all possible, but at the very least my filming will be put on Youtube.

This project I am calling "Have Bone Will Travel", and I am going to go to places and see things that this beautiful country has to offer that are PET-FRIENDLY. I know that a lot of us hate to leave our babies behind when we leave town, so how great would it be if we could find places to go and that we can take Fido along with us! When I have taken my dogs on trips, they have had as much fun as I have.

As a contributor, I would love to include YOU on this journey. If you'd like to be filmed, let me know. If you know of some great places that are dog-friendly, let me know. If you know of anyone that could make this dream come true, feel free to forward this on to them.

Did I also mention that this is going to be a Halloween-themed van? The interior will be in purples, oranges, and greens. I want my own little haunted house! I also want to travel to places that have haunted sites and film them as well. I'm calling her Camper Van Beethoven/Van Helsing, and she's my Halloween van...the Screamin' Vanshee!

I know I am shooting for the stars, but with your helpl, I know we can do it!
